Understanding How Wax Melts Work
Wax melts don't burn away like candles. Instead, they slowly release fragrance oil when gently warmed in your burner. The wax itself stays behind - it's the fragrance that gradually evaporates. Once that scent is gone, the remaining wax won't release any new aroma, even if melted again. So, while you can physically remelt it, you won't get the same luxury scent throw.

A good rule of thumb: if you can no longer smell the fragrance when the wax is warm, it's time to switch it out. Allow it to cool, then gently remove the wax with a cotton pad or tissue. Avoid scraping your burner to prevent scratches - a warm clean-up keeps your burner looking perfect and ready for the next scent.

Once cooled, your wax can be safely popped out and disposed of with household waste.
