At Tillybell, we want you to love every product you order. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee makes returns simple and stress-free.

This guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from Tillybell.co.uk and excludes any promotional or complimentary items. The guarantee period begins on the date your order is shipped.

To arrange a return, please contact us first at hello@tillybell.co.uk within 30 days of shipment. Include your name, order number, contact number, and a clear statement of intent to return your item.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, an incorrect item). We recommend using a tracked service, as Tillybell cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Returned products must be in their original condition - unused, unopened, and undamaged - to qualify for a full refund.

Once your return is received and approved, we'll process your refund using the same payment method as your original purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note that refunds cannot be issued for products returned after the 30-day guarantee period.
